In Kent, there are plenty of good installers of solar thermal, I have direct and positive experience of two - Dawsetway and Vietec.

Make sure that you shop around - don't base a purchase on a high pressure sales pitch!

Recommendation: www.brightlightsolar.com this is an offshoot of the Centre for Alternative Technology in wales which has been at the forefront of solar and renewable energy for many years. Brightlightsolar is able to provide various solar panels in both kit form and fitted.

Wind Turbines

I've just bought a Future Energy wind turbine. For my requirements it seems to be the best balance of price and quality. Also it is easy to purchase simply as the turbine and controllers. I've recently installed and so far seems to be quite and has been generating from day one. But I live in a very windy part of Kent!
